Description

Anyone who knows us knows we're huge Lentz fans. What makes this Reserve S Style extra special? This is one of the first Candy Apple Red guitars Lentz has ever made - and - if that weren't cool enough, this is an exclusive color for The Music Emporium. We must be giddy you say? Indeed.

This beauty utilizes cabinet aged woods (25+ years is typical), a lightweight one piece Ash body, a Brazilian rosewood fretboard made from stock dating back to 1915, pickups wound specifically for this guitar, a 3-ply guard, and electronics that are carefully matched in order to achieve the best tones possible.

One aspect of a Lentz guitar that makes them so special is their necks - not just the carve, though we love its slightly chunky soft V shape - but that they're remarkably well made, solid feeling, and stable. These guitars are incredibly stable over time, just like great vintage guitars. No question the neck plays a huge role in why these guitars sound as good as they do.

Plugged in at rehearsal or stage volume? Stunning. 3-dimensional, nuanced, powerful tones. The tone controls work extremely well allowing you to really dial in the guitar to your rig. This isn't your average Strat - imagine a Strat with some Gibson muscle and attitude and you'll get a sense for where this guitar is coming from.

This is about as good as it gets, folks. Priced with hardshell case.
