Old school looks with modern circuitry combine to form a really cool and classy looking amp in this turn-of-the-century Gibson Goldtone GA-15RV 1x12 combo.

The Trace Elliott-design Gibson Goldtone GA-15RV offers up 15 watts of Class A power via a pair of EL84 power tubes, along with a 12AX7 preamp stage with simple tone stack and spring reverb. A Pentode/Triode switch allows further tweaking to the amp's power section, allowing for a full, punchy 15 watts or a leaner 6 watts with just the flick of a switch.

The simple Volume and Tone controls make it easy for dialing in the right sound, and the spring reverb adds some great dimension to a lively circuit. The stock Celestion Vintage 30 speaker provides plenty of output and headroom with great midrange response.

Condition: Excellent-. Quite a clean amp both inside and out, the only thing that keeps this from being a near mint example is the partially broken/missing logo beneath the speaker cutout (a common issue with these Gibson badges). The gold plating of the speaker cover, corner protectors, and knobs remain very clean. The original tolex is also very clean with little signs of wear. The amp just got a clean bill of health and is ready to go!
