In the late 1970's and early 80's Nick Kucich was The Man when it came to OM-28 copies. John Renbourn, Stefan Grossman, to name a couple were huge fans and proponents of Franklin guitars. Based very closely on the classic Martin OM, Kucich captured a lot of that dry, woody Martin tone and you can hear it in this nicely preserved 28-style. Sitka spruce, Indian rosewood and a slim, soft V-profile neck make this at once a very familiar playing experience for Martin fans while offering a bit more clarity and sensitivity than a similar period guitar.

Condition is quite good with a small repaired top crack (very small diamond cleat). Good action and minimal fret wear. Priced with Hard case.

  • Sitka Spruce
  • Indian rosewood
