This 1998 Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster Relic is one of the earlier relic models to come out of the Custom Shop, aged by Vince Cunetto under the management of esteemed master builder John Page.

In true early 60s fashion, this Strat features a classic 3-tone Sunburst over Alder body along with an incredible flamed Maple neck and slab Rosewood fingerboard. The larger medium-jumbo fretwire offers up a little more of a modern feel while retaining a lot of the vintage vibe that these CS builds possess.

The guitar has remained in excellent condition throughout its life, with just some light fretwear and a few small marks on the body that are quite honestly difficult to differentiate amongst the relic finish. It plays exceptionally well with great resonance. The original COA, strap, ash tray, and cable are included in the original case.
