Description

Pre-owned Martin D-28GE ("Golden Era") just into the shop! This 1937-style dreadnought features Brazilian Rosewood back & sides, Adirondack Spruce top and forward-shifted scalloped bracing, producing the classic warm-and-boomy sound demanded by bluegrass guitarists the world over. This guitar has been very well maintained by its previous owner, and really needed nothing more than a new set of strings when we took it in! A strap button has been added, and a non-original end pin is installed (the guitar had a pickup at one point). Overall condition is excellent, with no significant wear to speak of and a still-shiny, lustrous finish. A powerhouse of a rhythm guitar, with a gorgeous, silky voice for lead playing. Priced with its original hard case -- Calton Cases are available if an upgrade is desired.
