Lowden O-50 African Blackwood & Sinker Redwood Cutaway w/ Bevel

Go big or go home from Lowden Guitars! This O-50 features the favorite combination of African Blackwood and Redwood, which yields a surprisingly dry, direct sound (not too busy or full of overtones, but identifiably bright and crisp). This is a monster-sounding strummer guitar, that flat picks extremely well too. Tuning it down to DADGAD or drop-C (dropped-D down a whole step) is incredibly fun; and the guitar loses no definition whatsoever while retaining its power and fullness. This is the largest body that Lowden makes, but the beveled lower bout makes it easy to play for hours on end. Priced with custom made Ameritage case.
