Froggy Bottom K Deluxe "The Tree" Mahogany & German Spruce

Well now. We try to resist eating with our eyes as much as the next person ... but there are some guitars you know are going to sound great before you even pick them up. Witness this sensational sounding K Deluxe from Froggy Bottom guitars of Vermont, made with the heralded quilted mahogany from "The Tree." This legendary wood has been sought after for decades due to its one-of-a-kind beauty and sonic properties -- if you've played a guitar made from it, you likely know that the hype is real, but pairing it with wood as nice as the German Spruce in Mr. Millard's stacks takes an instrument to rarified territory. The voice of this guitar is focused and rich at once -- imagine a Brazilian Rosewood guitar with better articulation and a drier midrange if you can. The K body works perfectly for a multi-stylist: it's a great strumming guitar, but the body contours and 25.25" scale length make it a wonderful fingerpicking guitar as well. Priced with Cedar Creek (AVS) hard case.
