Schoenberg Soloist Brazilian (USED, 1988)

This Dana-Bourgeois-built Schoenberg Soloist dates to 1988, and features some beautiful Brazilian Rosewood back and sides! The Spruce top is likely Sitka, given the noticeable bearclaw figure. The guitar has been played extensively, and carries a few significant dings across its surfaces (please see photos for details). Minor lacquer checking, consistent with age and the thin finish with which these guitars were produced. This is a very alive-feeling, dry & woodsy guitar that will please any fingerstylist looking for old-Martin tone at a fraction of an old-Martin's price. Priced with its original hard case.

  • Brazilian Rosewood back & sides
  • Spruce top (most likely Sitka)
