Essentially, this is a Standard Series OM-28 with an Adirondack Spruce top (it's also been upgraded with Schaller tuners and Martin's liquidmetal bridge pins, but the important part is that Adirondack top). Overall condition is very clean: it's obviously been well-kept, and sports no significant cosmetic wear.
