We acquired this Martin Custom D-45 from the original owner; and it's a terrific sounding guitar. It's the 31st in a run of 150 instruments produced in celebration of C.F. Martin's 150th Anniversary (label signed by C.F. Martin III and IV, neck block reads "Custom"). Essentially a standard D-45, the guitar features scalloped bracing and a slotted peghead (but, yes, it's 14 frets to the body). Overall cosmetic condition is excellent (as is the grade of the tonewood used to build it). The action sits at 3/32" bass side, 2/32" treble side under tension of medium gauge strings -- and while the saddle is low, without room to lower the action, the setup and playability are well within normal spec right now. Priced with its original hard case.
