Martin D-18 (1958)

This 1958 Martin D-18 is a great entry point into the world of vintage dreadnoughts for a player who can live with a few changed parts. This guitar was previously owned by a long-time customer, and it's been gigged hard over its life -- though it's structurally solid, it's got the scratches and playwear to prove its life well lived. The bridge pins and end pin have been swapped for a set from a D-28 of the same period. Original tuners changed to Grover Rotomatics. Original fingerboard dots changed to more colorful abalone substitutes. Otherwise -- original. The sound is deep and woody, and it'd make a great strumming guitar for anyone in the country/folk-o-sphere. Priced with modern hard case.
