Description

It's always great to see one of our 40th Anniversary Collings guitars back in the shop! This Brazilian Rosewood CJ features the varnish finish, snakewood fretboard / bridge / binding package and Doug Unger inlay motif that was standard on all the instruments in the series. The craftsmanship and tonewood pairing is sheer perfection; and even considering the mesmerizing good looks, it's always a revelation to play one of these. The sound is to die for, with the limitless, reverby quality and stunning articulation we've come to expect from a Brazilian Rosewood Collings guitar. Aftermarket fossilized walrus ivory bridge pins and strap button. This one is priced with a canary yellow Collings-branded Calton Case.
