Collings I-35 Deluxe Blonde Quilt Top (2013)

$4,500.00

"Every day we try to make a better guitar, every day. You're trying to reach for more, trying to do better, not trying to do the same. A lot of companies are trying to do the same, and that's okay - that's their deal. We're trying to stretch that. Our goal is a little more." - Bill Collings

It's rare to see a used I-35 Deluxe as beautiful as this come up for sale!

The setup and playability are excellent and the Lollar low-wind Imperial humbuckers sound incredible - open, slightly less midrange than the standard wind Imperials, and a sweet top end - these pickups excel at both clean and edge of breakup tones.

Condition: Aside from some minor finish swirls scattered around the body, mostly on the back along with some evidence of picking where a guard would be - nothing into the wood, purely in the clear-coat, and some slight tarnishing on the pickup covers, this I-35 is as close to buying a brand new Collings as you can get - without the price this guitar would normally command. There is no fret wear.

A gorgeous, well-cared for Collings just in time for the holidays! Priced with original hardshell case.

On consignment, no trades please.
