Asher S-Custom Korina

"My passion for restoring and building instruments began in 1982. I have worked for numerous artists who have shaped and inspired the guitars I build today. My designs offer the revered tones and iconic vibe found in great vintage instruments, coupled with refined solid construction, boutique electronics and custom feel." - Bill Asher

This is our first Asher S-Custom and we are simply blown away by this design. Inspired by Stratocaster and Mosrite guitars, the S-Custom creates its own unique, undeniably cool vibe that blends long-scale playability with the punch and midrange of Korina and humbuckers. Add to this mix a John Mann vibrato (one of our all-time favorite tremolo systems) and a Demeter MB2 preamp, and you've got an extremely versatile, highly playable guitar that would be right at home in almost any genre.

Bill Asher's legendary neck carve is front and center on this S-Custom. Fat, slightly V-shaped, and very comfortable, single note runs are a breeze on this guitar thanks to the excellent fretwork and neck carve combo. The Demeter preamp / Dimarzio  humbucker combination lets you go from single coil-like chime to edge-of-breakup crunch and anywhere in-between (we couldn't get a bad sound out of it).

Don't miss this chance to grab an incredibly cool and unique Asher! Priced with G&G hardshell case.
