Jam Pedals Tubedreamer 58 MK.2

$189.00

"Over the many years of our operation, we have been blessed to see our pedals appear on stage and in the studio as part of most of our heroes' rigs, such as John Scofield, Nels Cline, Bill Frisell, David Hidalgo to name a few, all while continuing to recognize and welcome the compelling craft of incoming artists." - Jannis Anastasakis, JAM Pedals founder

The Tube Dreamer 58 is Jam Pedal's take on the legendary Tubescreamer 808 and quite possible the greatest one you could ever get. The new TD58 Mk.2 features a very cool high-gain toggle switch.

The TD58 offers a carefully tuned, added midrange frequency register that delivers warm and rich overdriven sound through any amp! A pivotal difference between the TD58 and other Tubescreamers is that Jam chose to go with 3 diodes for asymmetrical clipping instead of symmetrical, enhancing the responsiveness of the pedal to fretting and picking nuances.

Made with carbon comp resistors, the TD58 delivers its classic sound through the JRC4558D chip, just like the original, sought-after 808's. If you're after that classic Stevie Ray "howl" and more, then this is the pedal for you!

"I'm back on tour now and have the TD58 with me on my pedalboard!" - Bill Frisell

"The TD58 is truly a dream to play! It's touch response is incredible, it just feels good to play. I welcome it to my arsenal." - Kirk Fletcher
